From growing my family's construction materials business to advising early stage startups and coaching business executives, I've seen a lot of business situations and how they affect leaders. I like to engage as an advisor, mentor, or coach -- whatever relationship best benefits my clients and partners.

 

My coaching philosophy was built on 30 years of experience as a business leader and through my training with the Arbinger Institute and the HeartMath Institute. I've also grown through my role as a fellow to the W.K. Kellogg Leadership Program and in my MBA training from Rockhurst University. 

 

I'm excited about the companies emerging on the Kansas City business scene. As a co-founder of SparkLabKC, a 12-week accelerator program in Kansas City, MO, I have the opportunity to see innovation up close and personal. Startups create tremendous prospects for employment and revenue growth through the deployment of emerging technologies. I often help these companies with their capital formation and support them through direct coaching and advising. I also partner with many of them when our visions and missions align for mutual benefit.
