I provide one-on-one coaching to support decision making at critical junctures. My approach is heart based, and I expect to join in a meaningful and robust conversation with you. The agenda belongs to you, whether it is business, personal, or relationship based.
With more than 30 years of experience, there aren't many business or relationship problems I haven't seen. My objective is to help you identify and prioritize the fundamental business and leadership tenets that are important to your business.
I'm a storyteller by nature and love to engage an audience interested in a fresh perspective that inspires and makes them think. I've given speeches and sermons in many settings. I love to engage with a crowd and bring about shared growth.
METHODOLOGIES
I'm training as a HeartMath facilitator, speaker, and coach. HeartMath integrates 25 years of research into the heart's intelligence to reduce stress, build resilience, and unlock natural abilities to think and act more coherently. Based on scientific breakthroughs in neuroscience, HeartMath provides a research and fact based method as well as tools for energizing hearts and engaging minds.
I am a trained member of the Arbinger Coach Network and an active consultant to the Institute. The Arbinger Institute has an impeccable record of energizing organizations toward higher performance using personal self awareness. Their book "Leadership & Self Deception" has sold over a million copies and helps pave the way to understanding how we mistakenly limit our true potential as individuals. Once unleashed, this potential leads to heroic acts within families, corporations, law enforcement, schools, and public institutions.
